If you look for information about supplements, it is easy to jump to a quick conclusion:<\/em><\/strong> \u201cif they contain the same ingredient, they must be the same.\u201d<\/strong><\/em> Vitamin C is vitamin C. Magnesium is magnesium. Collagen is collagen.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

But no. And in supplementation, that \u201cno\u201d is huge, and at Lle\u00f3 Productos Naturales we know it well.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

There is a great amount of information on the subject online and on social media, yes. But there is also a lot of noise. So let\u2019s organise ideas and clearly explain why two supplements that \u201csay the same thing\u201d on the label can be radically different<\/strong> in quality, effectiveness and safety.<\/p>\n

1. The ingredient is not just a name<\/h4>\n

Let\u2019s take a simple example: magnesium<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On the label it may simply say \u201cmagnesium\u201d, but which one?<\/p>\n
